Administrative Terms
Academic Term

- Can include custom date ranges and registration windows
Composite Term
- A grouping of multiple academic terms (e.g., Academic Year 2024-2025)
- Used for managing activities that span multiple terms, like annual requirements
Course Section
- A specific instance of a course offering
- Includes details like instructor, location, schedule, and capacity
High School Group
- A collection of high schools grouped together for easier management
- Often used to manage schools in the same district or region
Feeder School
- A high school whose students are eligible to take courses at another location
- Commonly used with regional centers or career centers
User Roles
College Admin
- Staff member with broad access to manage the college's dual enrollment program
- Can manage courses, users, and view reports
Course Reviewer
- College faculty member who mentors high school instructors
- Also known as Faculty Liaison or Mentor in some institutions
Dean
- College administrator involved in instructor credentialing
- Reviews and approves instructor qualifications
High School Counselor
- High school staff member who helps manage student enrollment
- Reviews and approves student registrations

Ongoing Requirements

Course Review

Allow Registration

Registration Group
