Understanding the Main Navigation Tabs

DualEnroll's navigation bar is your gateway to managing all aspects of your dual enrollment program. Each tab serves a specific purpose and gives you quick access to key functions you'll use.

Depending on the functionality your institution has opted into, you may not have all of the tabs described below.

Admin Tab

The Admin tab is your control center for system setup and configuration. Here you'll find:

  • Institution Profile - Your college's basic information
  • Academic Terms - Create and manage your enrollment periods
  • User Management - Set up accounts for staff and administrators
  • High School Management - Add and configure partner high schools
  • Course Categories - Organize your course offerings
  • Document Settings - Configure required forms and uploads

Registrations Tab

Monitor and manage all student registrations in one place:

  • View all current registrations
  • Filter by high school, term, or status
  • Process registrations in batch mode
  • Handle drops and withdrawals
  • Send reminders to students and staff

Courses Tab

Everything related to your course offerings lives here:

Instructors Tab
