Where Can I Access Student FERPA Waiver Records?

FERPA consent information is primarily accessed through the registration reports, particularly:

1. Registrations with Application Fields (Full)
   • Contains FERPA consent fields including authorized parents/guardians
   • Shows FERPA waiver completion status
2. All Student Workflows
   • Shows the status of FERPA consent steps within student workflows
   • Useful for identifying students who haven't completed FERPA consent

FERPA consent data includes:

• Confirmation of student's agreement to the FERPA waiver
• Names of authorized parents/guardians
